    I was too a victim of this addiction a few years back but through proper steps and my willpower; I came out of this mess that I created for myself, and believe me, you can rewire your brain.


    The things you need in this journey are willpowerfaith in yourself, a small amount of motivation, and a higher goal for yourself.

    But, how you will challenge yourself?

    Challenge yourself for 10 days that you will not watch porn or you can take it for 30 days as well. Then try your best to stick to it. 

    But why this step? Is it not stupid?

    No, it is not a stupid step. 

    When you challenge yourself your ego helps you to stick up to the challenge because it is very common when someone says to you that 'You cannot do that' your ego tries to come in front and force you to take the challenge and show the person that you are the best.

    Why it is not a very favourable one?

    The only reason is that it is easy to unblock the website at one click and whenever you will be defeated by your will and get attracted towards the inclinations of watching porn or fapping(masturbating) your whole effort goes into vain.

    But, it is not always the case you can try it, and you will see the results if your willpower is strong.

The urge is looked at something to be expected rather than something to fight or be ashamed of. It’s all part of the process.
